2 Multi-Tenant Architecture & RBAC Design

Architected a secure, scalable platform with robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Built separate yet interconnected experiences for each user type, ensuring data isolation and a tailored interface for Coachees, Coaches, and Client admins.

3 Core Feature Development: Profiles & Matching

Developed rich profile systems for coaches (with intro videos, certificates, experience) and coachees. Built the coach discovery interface, chemistry call scheduling, and the matching workflow to facilitate informed, credible connections.

4 Scheduling & Notification Engine

Engineered a complex scheduling system with week/month calendar views, timezone management, and an availability slot system for coaches. Built a unified notifications inbox to keep all users aligned on invites, reminders, and review prompts.

5 Feedback, Reporting & Analytics Dashboard

Implemented structured post-session review forms for both parties and a final report generation tool for coaches. Built the client-facing executive dashboard to aggregate utilization metrics, average ratings, and demonstrate program ROI.
